Account Management
You can manage your account in a wide variety of ways through the "My Account" link in the upper-right hand side of the page. You can also access it here.
Forgot password
If you forgot your password you can reset it by following the steps here.
Change password
You change your password through the same mechanism you use to reset your password. You can reset your password by following the steps here to change your password. You can also now change your password in Vivaty by clicking "Account Settings" in the top right corner.
Email not verified
Please check your spam/bulk email folder as sometimes spam filters will incorrectly route email. If you still don't find it you can always resend the verification email by logging in to www.vivaty.com and clicking the link to resend the email. If after you have tried the above, you're still having problems verifying your email address, please email help@ Vivaty.com from the email address you are trying to verify.
Deleting your account
We hate to see you leave, but we understand that sometimes, you can't get an Internet connection in Antarctica, and you'd prefer to delete your account. No problem. Just log into your account, and you can delete your account at the bottom of the My Account page. Or click "Account Settings" when in a Vivaty scene and you can delete your account there. Please be aware this action is not reversible.
Change Email
Click "My account" in the top right. A new box will open up. You need to click "change email" and input your current Vivaty account password. Then type in the email address that you are wanting to be your new one and click Save.
Change Email Preferences
You can also change what kind of emails you receive in the My Account page settings.
