Changing My Scene

 

When you join Vivaty, you get a free avatar and furnished scene instantly. We do a lot of hocus pocus to try and give you an avatar and scene that you'll find cool, but if you ever want to change them, you can.

 

To change and decorate your scene, click on "My Stuff" at the bottom of your screen, and then click the "Decorate" button to get all of the available options.

 

Picking a New Scene

Currently, everyone gets just one scene, although in the future, you may get the option to own multiple scenes. You can choose a new scene template, but choosing one will erase your old one. Follow the steps above and click on "Scenes" to choose a new one.

 

 

Decorating My Scene

 

To decorate your scene, simply click on the other buttons next to "Decorate". For example, you can add different kinds of furniture, video, picture or audio objects. Even a dog! You can learn more about different furniture and objects here.

 

 

Scene Privacy

 

We make it easy for you to make new friends by publishing a link to your scene in our directory. You can change the access settings to your scene any time. 

 

Click "Settings" in the upper-right-hand side of the screen.

 

You can choose from a variety of options to change the access level of your scene.

 

 

 

 

Scene Name

 

Using the steps above, you can also change the name of your scene to something unique. Please use good judgment!

 

 

Scene Tags

 

Using the steps above, you can also create tags for your scene. In the future, these will make it easier for other people to search and find your scene (e.g., "girls", "party", "music", "movies"). Please use good judgment!
