How to Find Your System Resources

Not sure what operating system, processor, graphics card, or available RAM you have? Finding out is easy, and we’ll need you to have this information ready if you report a bug.

Windows XP

1. Go to Start menu

2. Go to All Programs

3. Go to Accessories

4. Go to System Tools

5. Go to System Information

6. In the main tab, you will see the Operating System, Processor, and available Memory that you have.

7. In the Components tab, click on Display to see your video card information and Video RAM information.

Windows Vista

1. Open the Start menu

2. Enter “dxdiag” in the search field in the start menu

3. In the System tab, you will see the Operating System, Processor, and available Memory that you have.

4. In the Display tab, you will see your video card information and amount of VRAM you have.

Finding Your Version of Internet Explorer

Right click on the Help option in the IE Toolbar. Then click “About Internet Explorer”. We recommend IE 6.0 or 7.0 for the beta. You can upgrade to IE 7.0 here.
